Once enrolled in a course, cancellation is not permitted after access to the learning material (videos, PDFs, sessions) has been granted.
In case of urgent situations, you may write to us at info@webmeister.in. Any exceptions will be made at the sole discretion of the management.
No refund shall be issued once a course has been purchased and accessed.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Payment deducted but service/course access not received (technical error)
In certain situations, your course access may be transferred to another batch upon request and approval.
Batch transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled live session.
For service-based projects, you may request cancellation before the project officially begins (i.e., before any onboarding, strategy work, or campaign setup has started).
Once services have commenced, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.
Payments made for SEO, Ads Management, Social Media, or other digital services are non-refundable once the work has started.
In case of service delays or dissatisfaction, we encourage open communication. We are happy to resolve issues and make reasonable adjustments based on mutual discussion.
Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
